The Brief

The Copy Supervisor is responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and strategically aligned content for pharmaceutical HCP advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative, engaging, and medically accurate copy for HCP-targeted campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, video, social, etc.).
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and account team to align content with campaign strategy and client goals.
  • Interpret medical data into clear, concise, and impactful messaging for HCP audiences.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Present concepts and copy to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and strategic insight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or portfolio school a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare HCP advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of HCP marketing, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and medical content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to translate medical/scientific information into engaging creative content.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
